We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant for a position in Hearne, TX. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting with clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth office management. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in enhancing customer service and supporting daily administrative functions
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with a professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and uphold professional relationships with customers, employees, and supervisors.
- Assist in creating documents, prepare for board meeting, gather information for reports.
- Maintain and create calendars and schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- One year of previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
