Job Description

Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant
Location: Conroe, TX
Pay: $18–$20/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time

We’re seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to management and office staff
• Answer phones, manage emails, and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential information
• Perform data entry, invoicing, and reporting duties in QuickBooks
• Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and office coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with QuickBooks
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask in a fast-paced setting
Experience in manufacturing or logistics is a plus, but not required
