Job Description

Now Hiring: Actuator Assembler

Location: Conroe, TX

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Join a dynamic team and play a key role in assembling and testing actuators for high-performance applications! If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to work with cutting-edge equipment, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembly – Assemble actuators using technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.

Testing & Calibration – Run functional tests and perform calibrations to meet performance specs.

Troubleshooting & Repair – Identify and fix malfunctions in-shop or occasionally on-site.

Component Installation – Install wiring, connectors, and mount actuators.

Quality Control – Inspect components to meet strict quality standards.

Documentation – Record test results and maintenance logs accurately.

Material Handling – Manage tools, parts, and potentially operate cranes for large parts.

Preventive Maintenance – Perform upkeep on tools and equipment.

Safety – Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE.

Instructions – Accurately interpret written and electronic instructions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Mechanical Aptitude – Comfort with hand and power tools

Technical Drawings – Ability to read blueprints & schematics

Electro-Mechanical Skills – Familiar with basic wiring and electrical assembly

Problem-Solving – Able to troubleshoot and repair actuator systems

Attention to Detail – Precision is key for assembly and testing

Communication – Work well with team members and supervisors

Physical Stamina – Able to lift/move components & stand for long periods

Computer Skills – Basic computer use for documentation and communication
