Job Title: Accounting Clerk 
Location: Conroe, TX 
Shift: Full-Time – AM Shift 
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour 
Position Overview: 
Key Responsibilities: 
Process Accounts Payable (AP), including reviewing and entering invoices, verifying approvals, and preparing payments 
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), post payments, and follow up on outstanding balances 
Assist with General Ledger entries and account reconciliations Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Prepare reports and assist with month-end closing processes 
Organize and file accounting documentation 
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing questions 
Qualifications: Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
Basic understanding of accounting principles 
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) 
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively 
Strong problem-solving skills Professional communication skills
