Job Description

Perform structural welding using MIG (GMAW), Flux-Core (FCAW), and TIG (GTAW) processes
Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings
Weld steel structures and components per project specifications and tolerances
Conduct visual and dimensional quality inspections of welds
Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment
Follow OSHA and company safety policies and procedures
Assist with layout, fitting, and fabrication tasks as needed

Job Requirements

2+ years of structural welding experience using MIG, Flux-Core, and TIG (required)
Ability to pass weld tests (including vertical and overhead positions)
Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting weld symbols
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
AWS certification (preferred but not required)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various positions and environments
Reliable transportation and punctuality
