Job Description

Job Opportunity: Waterjet Operator
Location: Magnolia, TX

Pay Rate: $18 an hour

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:

Set up and operate waterjet cutting machines to precision-cut materials according to detailed specifications.
Load and unload materials onto the machine and verify proper placement.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
Make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and reduce material waste.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the waterjet machine to ensure optimal performance.
Identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate production logs and ensure all job orders are completed on time.
Communicate progress and any issues with supervisors.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Prior experience as a Waterjet Operator or similar role preferred.
Skills: Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and program cutting paths.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
