Now Hiring: Manual Lathe Machinist

Location: Conroe/Willis, TX

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Are you an experienced Manual Lathe Machinist looking for a great opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Conroe/Willis area. If you have expertise in manual machining and a keen eye for precision, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Machining Operations: Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and grinders to produce high-quality components.

Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine machining processes.

Precision Measurement: Utilize bore gauges, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure accuracy.

Tool Selection: Choose and install appropriate tooling based on job specifications.

Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.

Welding & Assembly: Assist in component assembly and welding as needed.

Lean Manufacturing: Follow lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
