Now Hiring: Thermal Sprayer (HVOF Experience Preferred)

Location: Conroe, TX

Shift: AM Shift

Pay: Depends on Experience (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time

Join a growing team dedicated to precision and quality! We are currently seeking a Thermal Sprayer with HVOF (High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel) experience for our facility in Conroe, TX. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals looking to advance their career in industrial coating and thermal spray technology.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate HVOF thermal spray equipment to apply protective coatings

Prepare surfaces for coating using grit blasting and masking techniques

Monitor equipment and coating processes for accuracy and consistency

Perform visual inspections and use precision measuring tools to ensure quality

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

Qualifications:

Prior HVOF or thermal spray experience required

Strong attention to detail and safety

Ability to interpret job specifications and work orders

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
