    Job Title: Quality Administrator
    Location: Montgomery, TX
    Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    Pay: $18–$24 per hour

    Position Summary
The Quality Administrator is responsible for maintaining quality records, managing documentation for material traceability and inspections, and supporting the execution and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across all projects and operations.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
   Manage and ensure timely qualification and documentation of raw materials for internal use and third-party subcontractors.
   Collect, inspect/review, collate, and maintain Material Traceability & Inspection Records (MTIR).
   Collate, publish, and archive Material & Fabrication Quality Packages (MFQP) for all projects.
   Author Nonconformance Reports (NCRs) for materials that do not meet quality standards.
   Participate in process and system improvements within the quality department.
   Utilize HSEQ web-based software for quality management tasks.
Prevent defects or nonconformances from progressing downstream.
   Follow and execute documented procedures in alignment with QMS requirements.

Education, Experience, Certification, and Training
    Associate degree from an accredited institution preferred; or
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Management System (QMS) environment or QA/QC-related field with equivalent knowledge.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Monday.com).
    Completion of required HSE and skill-level training (or equivalent).
