Job Description

NOW HIRING: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Location: Conroe, TX

Pay: Starting at $18/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a professional, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support a high-level executive environment. This role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage email correspondence professionally

Perform Word & Excel tasks with accuracy

Make copies, prepare binders, and organize documents

Maintain confidentiality at all times

Provide front desk reception and administrative support

Work in a polished, executive-level environment

Requirements:

Experience in administrative or receptionist roles

Strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills

Excellent attention to detail

Professional communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
