Job Description

Job Opportunity: A/R Billing Specialist

Location: Magnolia, TX
Pay Rate: $22–$25/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable & Billing experience
Quote Analysis:

Understand customer quotes and research in our internal system to verify costs and ensure all details are captured for accurate invoicing.

Inventory & Vendor Communication:

Track chemical purchases by coordinating with field personnel and managing BOLs.
Receive inventory into the system and ensure accurate vendor invoicing.

Expense Reconciliation:

Assist with monthly reconciliation of credit card charges (AMEX) to our expense reporting system (Concur).
Follow through to ensure accurate reconciliation in QuickBooks.

What We’re Looking For:
Self-motivated individual with strong Excel skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with field personnel and vendors.
